Join us for a rejuvenating Summer Solstice Yoga & Sauna experience in collaboration with Katie at KDB Energy® at The Steamie Sauna. Celebrate the longest day of the year with a beautiful blend of yoga, breathwork, relaxation, meditation and wellness by the sea.
Designed to help you slow down, reconnect and reset, this uplifting experience will leave you feeling grounded, restored and energised for the season ahead. As spaces are limited in the sauna, there will also be the option to participate in the yoga experience only.
Meet your teacher
Katie is the founder of KDB Energy®, a certified Health & Wellness Coach with a BA(Hons) in Dance and a 300HR Specialist Women’s Yoga Teacher. Her journey has taken her across the globe working in showbusiness, wellness and movement, inspiring others through yoga, mindfulness and holistic wellbeing practices.
