Sauna Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Guests may cancel or reschedule their booking at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the booking will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Sauna Closures Due to Weather

  • In the event that the sauna is closed due to official weather warnings or safety concerns, all affected bookings will be automatically rescheduled.

  • Clients will have the option to adjust the rescheduled booking to a time that suits them.

  • Refunds will not be issued automatically in these circumstances, as bookings remain valid for rescheduling. Should you wish a refund, please contact us at thesteamie@hotmail.com.

3. Entry Refusal

  • Refunds will not be issued to any guest refused entry due to:

    • Intoxication (alcohol or drugs)

    • Health and safety risks identified by staff

4. Age Restrictions

  • The sauna is strictly for guests aged 17 and above.

  • If any member of a booking party is found to be 16 years old or under, the entire booking will be cancelled without refund.

5. General Terms

  • By booking, guests agree to abide by all safety rules and entry requirements.

  • Management reserves the right to amend this policy at any time to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests.
