Sauna Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Guests may cancel or reschedule their booking at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the booking will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Sauna Closures Due to Weather

In the event that the sauna is closed due to official weather warnings or safety concerns, all affected bookings will be automatically rescheduled.

Clients will have the option to adjust the rescheduled booking to a time that suits them.

Refunds will not be issued automatically in these circumstances, as bookings remain valid for rescheduling. Should you wish a refund, please contact us at thesteamie@hotmail.com.
3. Entry Refusal

Refunds will not be issued to any guest refused entry due to:

Intoxication (alcohol or drugs)

Health and safety risks identified by staff

4. Age Restrictions

The sauna is strictly for guests aged 17 and above.

If any member of a booking party is found to be 16 years old or under, the entire booking will be cancelled without refund.
5. General Terms

By booking, guests agree to abide by all safety rules and entry requirements.

Management reserves the right to amend this policy at any time to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests.
